Mother's Day 2021, again a little different to usual, with the absence of restaurants and bars we have to find ways to thank mum for all the things she does for us and make her feel special on her big day.
Back in march 2020, we were working hard to prepare for our cafe fully booked with family afternoon teas. Until Boris changed our plans! At the last minute we had to contact all our customers and prepare our afternoon teas ready for you to take home.
We were so pleased you gave us feedback, the emails of thanks and the photos of you having a lovely time
, we are so glad we got it right.
So 12 months later, we're ready to do it all again, but even better!
We've opened our diary for the 2021 Abbey Mill Mother's day afternoon tea.
We've learned a lot along the way and we've decided as lots of you like to give this as a gift, we've decided our afternoon teas are best packaged individually, so its a whole box of afternoon tea treats per person. You can order just one box for mum, 2 boxes for parents, or multiple boxes for a family afternoon tea.
The contents of our box are ;
Roast ham sandwiches,
Roast chicken sandwiches,
grated cheddar sandwiches.
accompanied by
pork pie,
sausage roll,
served with;
a selection of cake,
a freshly baked fruit scone, jam & clotted cream.

Once our order book is full we will stop taking orders until our next afternoon tea event.
